Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.

For In-Store Purchases: The 30 days begin on the date of purchase.

For Online/Shipped Orders: The 30 days begin on the date the product arrived in your hands.
Important: We do not offer cash refunds. We happily offer exchanges or store credit under the conditions detailed below.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Specific Requirements for Shapewear (Fajas)
Regarding shapewear, we are very specific: Fajas are eligible for exchange ONLY if returned in perfect condition.

The item must be exactly as it reached the customer and unused.

Strictly No Stains and No Odors: The garment must be free of body fluids, deodorant marks, perfume, smoke, or laundry detergent scents.

Packaging: Original tags must be attached, and original packaging must be in perfect condition.
Any anomaly regarding these conditions will result in the immediate denial of the claim.

To complete your return for an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You may send the package directly to us or contact our customer service line at +1 407 639 9191 for assistance with your exchange.
There are certain situations where exchanges may be denied or only partial credit granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Exchange Process (Refunds are not available)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and we will arrange to send your new item or issue a store credit.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
Shipping for Exchanges

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 4310 S Semoran Blvd, Orlando FL 32822, United States, via the carrier of your preference.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
